Patrick is an accomplished professional with 16+ years of experience with Strategic Finance Transformation Initiatives focused on large-scale ERP software selections, end-to-end system implementations, complex program management, business process re-engineering, chart of accounts redesign and business process outsourcing delivery. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Patrick was responsible for client delivery and business development at a multi-national consulting organization, where he managed Finance Transformation engagements at several Fortune 500 clients with a specialization in Financial Accounting, Reporting & Operations.  Patrick’s experience includes the following:

• Program managed finance transformation, process improvement, and multi-year ERP delivery initiatives, focused on Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, FP&A and Financial Reporting. This included the evaluation of business processes, organization, technology, data, reporting, and controls across various industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Technology, etc.
• Throughout ERP delivery initiatives, worked with key stakeholders to analyze the current inventory of data tables and key reports in order to design new multi-dimensional reports to support the client with internal business and regulatory needs. Recommended and delivered key metrics and KPIs as well. 
• Led internal and client teams to gather detailed functional and reporting requirements, and served as a Process Lead over several Finance Transformation engagements.
• Supported large-scale BPO initiatives from the initial feasibility assessment of geographic centralization, to the overall training and transition to Finance teams, offshore. 
• Directed the full delivery lifecycle of large-scale ERP implementations from the Assessment Phase and Software Selection, through to Design, Build, Test, and System Deployment.
